The current HR assessment model is based on a Go-No Go screening process. Moreover, currently there is no solution for unsupervised assessment of motor skills like Driving, Welding and Machining. These are major pain points considering large volume of hiring taking place in different verticals under severe constraints of time and scarcity of skilled resource persons.
Our idea is to have customisable but industry benchmarked skill metric which can be applied in different HR assessment processes. These include employability assessments, motor skill assessments and performance assessments within a competency track for the individual company and for the corporate vertical.
